Leo is here!

His name is Great Taigans Leonid and he was born August 7.
Two pics in the car on the way home.

Elena got a used couch just for him.

He is ofcourse adorable!
He seems to be a mellow but strong dog and seems to fit right into our family. He loved Sebastian and followed him around. He did not meet the cats yet, maybe tomorrow...

December pictures

The kiddos could not wait for the big tree so I brought in a small one and they dressed it up.

Snow comes and goes, but it does not stick to the ground or it melts and then freezes to ice. It's not been my favorite weather this far.

Snowflake loves to cuddle with Carin.

Another gymnastic competion.

A fun time with the horses. Micko loves the snow and kicks out cause he's happy!

Lucia

Julianna had four Lucia performances. One with school and two with her choir. All were so nice and the songs and singing really beautiful. Traditionally one eats ginger cookies and saffron bread as well.
Elena did not want to perform with school this year. Too much practice time she said, she likes to go home when school is done for the day.
The fourth one was with her gymnastic group where the whole gym school performed a Christmas saga. Sebastian got to show as well.

A dog!

Elena will soon be the very proud owner of Leonid, a samojed puppy!
Originally we said we would wait until we moved from the apartment but we decided that it would be okay here as well. We all can't wait. We will pick him up december 16!!

Fall happenings

Sebastian took this photo of his and my feet. He loves to take pictures and watch them and videos as well.

Sebastian with his friend Bella, hiding in a large suitcase!

Julianna flying, a snapshot from a video I made of Julianna and her friend Embla dancing. Use link below to watch it!

Julianna, and two friends from gymnastics, participated in Labyrint, a Swedish gameshow on Swedish television, SvtB. They had a blast and did great! They film film one more time in 2 weeks. I will let you know when it will air when I know more myself.

These pictures are from end of November. What a difference from last year when we had lots of snow at this date, lots of snow!

Sebastian took this picture as well, pretty good!

Bart's birthday with yummie chocolate cake!

This picture looks fake but it is not, Snowflake is getting way to big! His diet is not working.

Julianna came in second place at a gymnastic competition.

Carin, Julianna and Grandma Solveig that visited for some days in the beginning of november.

 Julianna and Solveig

Bart and Sebastian driving Micko. Micko gets excited, runs fast and kicks and Sebastian laughs!

Happy Halloween

No trick or treat this year, cause not many do and it is so tricky to know when.... 4 possible days here in this strange country. The girls had parties and we all went to town that celebrated Halloween with stores open late and fun scary stuff at the library. Also with a beautiful pumpkin display with really impressive carvings like cats, batman, scary faces and cute faces. Unfortunately I just erased all my pictures as I thought they had transfered to the computer but they had not. I have not lost pictures like that before so that is a pity I can not share them.

Sebastian was a wizard, or maybe zorro. He liked his drawing of a spider on one cheak and a star on the other.

Carin & Elena being ? they did not know what.

Julianna really goes into her role (at least in front of the camera) of being a vampyre zombie.

Well, this is you know who and I felt I had to hold his hand in town so that people knew he was a family man and not really crazy for real.

While a crazy as a hubbie for a vampyre is just normal.

Catwalk

Well, walking the cats, in Högbo on a warm fall day.

Sebastian took this picture of me with his golfclub that he wants to bring everywhere. I updated my profile picture with this one as I was telling Bart the other day not to use an old picture for something and then I saw my profile picture that was 6 years old. Well my looks sure has aged, so here I am, all natural.

We call it the Winnie the Pooh game when dropping sticks (or leaves) to see which ones comes out first on the other side- always popular.
There is an actual old train on the playground!

Pretty Melissa.

Snowflake gained a huge belly this summer (he weigs 20 pounds!) so this running does him good  big plus he is on a tight feeding schedule. He only gets fed in an activity ball so he eats slowly, otherwise he chows it all down at once. He is actually happy about the new intent as he knows he will feel better when gets lighter again.
