Now I have pictures of our new street right in town! The art exhibition hall and library and "Folkets Hus" is the low white building on the left. The brick building to the left is a designer school and the building on the right is where we live.
We are on the second floor, the windows you see and the balcony to the left. Yes, it is a bar/restaurant below us, that is open until 2 am. Popular place too, but not the greatest music. But it really does not matter to me anyway, I am so tired at night I'll fall asleep no matter what. Although one morning I woke up thinking we had visitors cause I heard a car, but then I remembered where I was.
We actually like the apartment, it's 4 bedrooms so we made an office/treatment room/guest room as well. The best part is that Elena can walk to school, or take the bike and she loves it. She also sees her friends every day after school and they go to the swimming house by themselves, or the park/playground.
The girls had Vernissage- an art exhibition with work from their spring art classes. Unfortunately it was the same time as Elena's dance show rehearsal so she could not be there.
